Each VerTrue kit contains printed resin models, custom fabricated bleaching trays, maximum strength Carbamide bleach syringes, a VerTrue case for storage of your trays, a shade guide, and instructions for use.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To begin the bleaching process, brush and floss your teeth.
Under natural lighting, hold the shade guide up to your teeth and choose a matching shade. This will be used to measure your progress during the bleaching process.
- Remove a syringe from your kit and snap the cover from the end.
- To load your trays with the whitening gel, depress the plunger and place a small pearl of the material into each tooth (you will typically use about 1/4 of the tube per arch, per treatment).
- Position the trays over your teeth and gently wipe any excess gel that seeps over the margin of the tray with a tissue or your toothbrush (leaving the excess whitening gel on the gum tissue can cause irritation). Try not to swallow the gel.
- Wear trays for 20 minutes.
Do not eat, drink, or use tobacco products while wearing your whitening trays.
After the allotted time, remove the trays and brush any remaining gel off your teeth. Do not swallow the rinsed gel.
Clean the residual whitening material from the bleaching trays with your toothbrush and cold water only (using warm or hot water may distort your trays causing them to fit improperly). Pat your trays dry to remove any excess water and place them in your storage case for safe keeping.
Bleaching may be done every day until the preferred shade is achieved. Some people experience mild tooth and gum sensitivity or thermal sensitivity during the bleaching process. These symptoms are generally temporary and will subside if you discontinue the use of the product for a day or two. You may resume the whitening process after these symptoms resolve.

WARNINGS: Do not use if allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Keep product away from children and do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid contact with the Pro-sys gel with the eyes. If excessive irritation such as redness, swelling, soreness, or sensitivity of the gums, teeth, or mouth occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist. Tooth whitening gels will only whiten natural teeth. Results may vary as bleaching gels do not work as efficiently on certain stains. Consult your dentist if you have any concerns before beginning the whitening process. Keeping any unused bleaching product in the refrigerator after you have achieved your desired shade will prolong its effectiveness and allow for future touchup applications.
